Warranty and Return Policy

• We guarantee all of our products for your Complete Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days, send it back. We will refund your money less shipping charges. All refunds will be posted using the original payment method. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition to get a refund. Please contact us prior to returning the item. Email to: Return Request@gallotech.com. Be sure to include
  in the email: Order Number, Date of purchase, Your Name, Contact Phone Number, and Reason for Return to avoid any delays in processing. We will process your request within 2 business days.

• GTStarter is warranted for one full year for manufacturing defects. We don’t warrant the product if it is damaged due to improper installation, so make sure you read and follow the installation instructions carefully. In the unlikely event that it does fail, send it back and we’ll repair or replace it. There are not many repairable components on the unit so most likely we’ll just send you a new replacement component or a complete system at our discretion.
